Client Agreement
Client AgreementThis Client Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned client (the “Client”) and Sacred Shift Consulting (“Consultant”), for the purpose of providing spiritual and mindset consulting services aimed at personal transformation, healing, and growth.
1. Services ProvidedConsultant agrees to provide coaching, spiritual consulting, and guidance sessions tailored to the Client’s goals for self-improvement, healing, and breaking generational patterns. These services are not a substitute for licensed mental health care or medical treatment.
2. Client Responsibilities- Commit to showing up fully for scheduled sessions.- Be open and honest during consultations.- Take responsibility for personal growth and transformation outside of sessions.- Communicate respectfully and in a timely manner.
3. Session TermsSessions are 60 minutes long and must be scheduled in advance. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be charged in full. The Consultant reserves the right to reschedule with prior notice to the Client.
4. ConfidentialityAll personal information shared in sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent imminent harm.
5. Payment TermsClient agrees to pay the agreed-upon session rate before or at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Cash or other agreed-upon methods. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
6. Termination of AgreementEither party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Outstanding payments for services rendered remain due.
7. Agreement & SignatureBy signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
